Single core solid PVC insulated cables 

Manufactured according to BS: 6004.
Rated Voltage 300/500V For H05 V-U  or 450/750 V For H07V-U

Description:
Single Core Cable with solid annealed copper conductors, PVC insulated, suitable for voltage up to 1000 volt AC and up to 750V to earth DC

Conductor:
Plain annealed circular copper conforming to IEC-228, class 1

Insulation:
PVC type TI Ito BS-6746 rated temperature 70°C; also available PVC  rated temp. 105°C

Applications 

In dry rooms, in apparatus, switch and distribution boards, for laying in conduit on and under plaster and on insulating supports above plaster.

Manufactured according to BS: 6004 / 6491X, Rated Voltage 450/750 V For H07V-R

Description:
Single Core Cable with Stranded copper conductors, PVC insulated, suitable for voltage up to 1000 volt AC and up to 750V to earth DC

Conductor:
Plain annealed circular copper conforming to IEC-228, class 2

Insulation:
PVC type TI Ito BS-6746 rated temperature 70°C; also available PVC  rated temp. 105°C

Applications

Single core flexible PVC insulated cables 

Manufactured according to BS: 6004 & BS 6500 standard. They have a rating of 300/500V For HO5V-K and 450/750V For HO7V-K.

Description:
A Single Core Cable with flexible stranded copper conductors, which are PVC insulated and are rated for a temperature of up to 105°C.

Conductor:
Plain annealed circular copper conforming to IEC-228, class 5

Insulation:
PVC type TI 1 to BS-6746

Application:
Suitable for installations in surface mounted or embedded conduits, For installations in channels with cover and for fixed protected installation for light fitting and inside appliances. signalling or control circuits.
